Properties may be searched on any or all of the following:
- To Rent or Buy
- Property type – apartment, villa etc.
- Property area – Near the sea, town etc.
- Property city or resort – Albufeira etc.
When you have found properties you're interested in, these can be added to your shortlist of favourites. On completion click the favourites button at the top of the screen to provide a list of your favourite properties. Using the detail buttons for each property, you can send emails direct to the original home owners
FAQ’s
Do we book through you?
No. You can book directly with the Owners who advertise on our site. When you see homes you are interested in, you can email the Owners direct. From then onwards you will correspond with them. It's a much more personal and flexible way of finding the best property for your holiday or to live.
What happens next?
The Home Owner will email you back or telephone you and let you know that the home is available and answer any of your questions concerning this home. From that moment on you can handle all booking procedures between yourselves. Booking details will vary from Owner to Owner, but most will ask for a deposit towards the cost of the holiday, which is paid directly to the owner.
How do I get there?
Home Owners can give provide you with all the travel advice you need - from low cost airfares to driving directions and airport transfer costs. We are convinced that the best advice can be provided by the owners themselves. They will also provide information on keys and most provide detailed information packs on the area including local attractions etc.
What do I do if the Owner doesn’t respond?
If e-mailing, please give your name, e-mail address, telephone number and number of people plus the dates that you are interested in. If you have any particular requirements or questions, there is room on the form for this. Remember that these are private owners and that they may possibly be away from their e-mail for a few days. If you have given an Owner a reasonable time to reply and get no response then please email us at info@algarveholidayhomes.net and we will endeavour to contact them on your behalf.
