Managing your own sale or rental property

The first photo is also used for the listing page so we would suggest you use you best outdoor shot for this position. Also look at the photos that you are using, are they showing your home to its best advantage? Do you have a mix of internal and external photographs that are attractive. Holidaymakers or prospective buyers like to see what the interior looks like before even thinking of committing to a booking or purchase.
Availability calendar
Advertisers are able to benefit from an easy to use availability calendar that is edited directly from the Property Management Section. It is essential that you are able to manage your booked and available dates, which of course can be edited at any time by you through your personal logon account. We have designed a highly automated system to enable your advertisement to "go live" on our website within an hour of your request. But we do check the suitability of your material before we allow your advertisement to go live, but thereafter all updates are real-time including the availability calendar.

What do I do next?
- Select 'Register Here' on the Log In section.
- Fill in your contact details and then press 'register', making a note of the owner id and password so that you can logon to your account at a later stage.
- You will receive an email confirming registration and including your logon details.
- You can now logon and create your home advertisement, including uploading of photographs. Use ‘edit’ key to save details.
- Home details can then be ‘viewed’ prior to going ahead with your advertisement and amended as necessary.
- When you are happy with your home advertisement you can ‘make payment’ through our secure online processing facility with HSBC bank.
