Upstairs is a huge games room/third bedroom with a small terrace. There is a good quality table football and a large electric air-hockey table. Three minutes walk through cobbled streets to the main square and River Gilao. There’s also a wide range of restaurants ranging from smart and sophisticated to local and casual (there's one nightclub). Tavira boasts a huge indoor market (fresh fruit and veg., meat and fish) three minutes walk away. Several golf courses nearby. Catch a boat to the glorious long sandy beach (lifeguarded), it has some great cafes and restaurants and is really quiet further along. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment (you can smoke on the terrace only). Wheelchair ramps and lift (underground parking space next to lift entrance). Wheelchair users - bear in mind that in Portugal pavements and many streets are cobbled. The town centre is only a couple of minutes walk.
